- Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, and role (customer, technician, or service provider)
- Service Information: Ticket details, work orders, asset information, and service history
- Device Information: Device ID (for technicians), FCM token for push notifications
- Photos: Images captured via camera for ticket evidence, job completion proof, and asset documentation
- Location: Service addresses and technician location during job execution
- Payment Information: Invoice details and payment confirmations (UPI/QR-based)
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and manage field service operations
- Connect customers with service providers and technicians
- Process service tickets and work orders
- Send push notifications for job updates and assignments
- Generate invoices and process payments
- Verify job completion through photo evidence
- Improve our services and user experience
4. Camera Permission Usage
The CAMERA permission is used to:
- Customer App: Attach photos to service tickets for issue documentation
- Technician App: Capture completion evidence, asset condition photos, and customer signatures
- Service Provider App: Upload asset photos and documentation images
Photos are stored securely in Firebase Storage and are only accessible to authorized users within the same tenant/organization. We do not access your camera without your explicit action.
5. Information Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers and technicians assigned to your tickets
- Other users within your linked provider organization
- Firebase/Google Cloud for cloud infrastructure services
- Razorpay (for B2B equipment purchases only)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Firebase Authentication with phone OTP
- Firestore security rules with tenant isolation
- Role-based access control
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and update your profile information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of push notifications through device settings
- Contact us for data-related inquiries
8. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Service records may be retained for legal and business purposes as required by applicable law.

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
